The rise of the internet, and the way it has changed our lives is huge. For anyone born before the 90’s. Or even in the 90’s, we all remember the computers that we were subjected to. Schools had one giant computer, if you were lucky you may have had one per class, one behemoth that sat in the corner, in all its beige glory, taking up a lot of space, and having to use the cursor keys to get it to move about. There was no such thing as a mouse then! In a small number of years computers have leapt into the future, taking all of us with it. From the early days of the internet, where you could only email very few friends, and in order to do so you had to wait more than a few seconds, as this was the speed that dial up worked at, now you can Skype people, you can have live video chat with friends and family on the other side of the world, and you can look for companionship and love in ways that you could never have imagined in the early 1990’s.
One way the internet has changed our personal relationships is the rise of the dating sites, and in turn the rise of escorts in London.
